- Yes, if you don’t earn the points required to maintain your level within 12 months of entering it, your level will be adjusted.
- Can I earn points on past purchases?
- No, you will start earning points on the day you sign up for the MERIT Loyalty Program.
- Can I transfer points from different accounts?
- No, unfortunately points are not transferable.
- When do I receive my anniversary gift?
- Once you have attained Level 2 or Level 3, you will receive your first anniversary gift one year after you created your account. You will receive your gift annually if you maintain Level 2 or Level 3.
- When do I receive my birthday gift?
- You will receive your birthday gift on your birthday, unless it falls within 30 days after you shared it. In this case, you will receive your gift the following year.

UK
UK Standard shipping requires 3-5 business days for delivery and express shipping requires 1-2 business days for delivery, after processing. Please note that orders will be delivered via Evri.
Canada

- What is your refund/exchange policy?
- We offer a 30-day guarantee on our products. If you don’t love a MERIT product purchased from our website for any reason, we are happy to issue an exchange or refund for specific products within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after 30 days. While we're happy to refund or exchange your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges.
- Can I return part of a set?
- Kindly note, we are unable to accept returns for products sold as part of a set. If you would like to keep some of the products in a set, we would be happy to exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
- How long does it take to process a refund?
- If your request is approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. We initiate the refund instantly on our end, but depending on your bank's policy, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
- Can I return the fragrance?
- Due to logistical challenges of shipping a hazmat product, we are unable to accept physical returns of our fragrance, Retrospect.
- Can I make any changes to my order?
- At this time, we will be unable to make any changes or edits to any orders – this includes the shipping address or payment information. Please make sure to review your information before completing your order.
- How do I cancel my order?
